Work Hours/Shift:

Full-Time, Monday – Friday

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Applies AIT structured organizational change methodology, process and tools and supports change management activities.

  • With the assistance of the primary Organizational Change Management consultant conducts change readiness assessments, evaluates results and presents findings to the project team.

  • Supports organizational change management strategies including Champion Team role recommendations and leads department or facility focused change initiatives.

  • Partners with Project Managers to integrate organizational change management activities into project schedules and manage and mitigate issues and risks.

  • Collaborates with AHS teams to determine people impacts, and supports these teams to manage resistance and ensure people readiness .

  • Supports the implementation of organizational change management plans including but not limited to change impact plan, leadership alignment plan, communication plan, training plan, employee impact and retention plan, stakeholder engagement plan and resistance mitigation plan and ensures effective engagement in these areas throughout the life of the project.

  • Supports communication efforts.

  • Actively participates in facility support through implementation, activation, go-live through post-live transition.

  • Works alongside Organizational Change Management Intermediate/Senior on moderate change initiatives.

  • Participates in activities which promotes OCM within the organization.

  • Participates in Organizational Change Management Process Improvement discussions.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • Microsoft Suite of Applications knowledge

  • Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)

  • Basic knowledge of facilitating organizational change efforts

  • Ability to analyze, document and understand process impacts on people to make recommendations that meet the organizational goals of creating and sustaining change.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:

  • Healthcare Operations Information Technology

  • Physician Office Practices Medical Information Clinical Operations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

  • B.A., B.S. in a field of study such as communication, social sciences, business, technology or healthcare related area

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in communication, social sciences, business, technology or healthcare related area.

Summary:

The Organizational Change Management Specialist Associate has a basic knowledge of facilitating organizational change efforts, the ability to analyze, document and understand process impacts on people to make recommendations that meet the organizational goals of creating and sustaining change. Dedicated to providing support to the facility leadership and stakeholders being impacted by developing facility and department specific change management strategies, developing and implementing plans, and delivering tools and techniques to escalate speed of change adoption, mitigate resistance. Responsible for supporting leadership, champions, and impacted stakeholders’ ownership of the change. Primary responsibilities include: Applies AIT structured organizational change methodology, process and tools and supports change management activities, works with the primary Organizational Change Management consultant to conduct change readiness assessments, evaluates results and presents findings to the project team, supports organizational change management strategies including Champion Team role recommendations and leads department or facility focused change initiatives, collaborates with AHS teams to determine people impacts, and supports these teams to manage resistance and ensure people readiness, supports communication efforts, and participates in facility support through implementation, activation, go-live through post-live transition.
