Job Location : Altamonte Springs, FL

The role you’ll contribute:

Assist in the fair market value review of all contracts and external valuations submitted through the AdventHealth Contract Review process

The value that you bring to the team:

· Complete fair market value reviews of contracts submitted through the AdventHealth Contract Review process as assigned

· Complete reviews of all external valuations to include validating representations and assumptions made to and by valuation firms as assigned

· Participate in the process of preparing agendas for all Physician Compensation Review Committee reviews of identified contracts as assigned

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

Minimum qualifications :

· At least 6-8 years of experience in assessing and documenting the value of compensation and transactions or in an accounting/finance role

· Tax-exempt healthcare organization experience required

· Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Preferred qualifications:

· CVA certification or similar certification

· Physician compensation valuation experience
