You Will Be Responsible For:
Designs, deploys, and evaluates direct manager and team member development programs that support business objectives and are aligned with the organization’s mission, cultural framework, and talent development technology and objectives.
Develops and deploys direct manager and team member development programs that support the organization’s performance development, talent development, and succession planning efforts.
Actively participates in curriculum assessment, blended learning design, and facilitation for leadership and team member level groups in organization.
Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy. Defines and organizes tasks, responsibilities, and priorities. Takes responsibility for timely completion. Tests and inspects outputs and applies quality checks prior to work submission identifying potential areas of conflict.
Assists with organization assessments, makes recommendations for change, helps designs new structures. Helps establish organization-wide processes that create organization health and employee satisfaction.
Supports ongoing improvement updates and enhancements to development programs based upon their effectiveness, success, and ROI.
Maintains a keen understanding of adult learning, training and education trends, developments and best practices.
Operates within a wide variety of training design methods, reimagining creative and innovative tools, techniques, and approaches to achieve excellent comprehension, proficiency, and performance results from clinical providers and other end users.
Partners with the Organizational Effectiveness Manager to support internal stakeholders and subject matter experts regarding instructional design.
Collaborates with the other members of the Organizational Effectiveness team, with approach based on trust, collaboration, continuous process improvement, information sharing, group and individual accountability, and healthy competition.
Maintains stable performance under pressure or opposition (i.e., experiencing time pressure, conflict, or job ambiguity).
What You Will Need:
3+ years leadership development program design / facilitation experience in a professional environment (healthcare preferred)
Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution with strong record of academic achievement, preferably in adult education and/or professional discipline
The Organizational Effectiveness Advisor is responsible for providing a broad range of performance consulting, coaching, and curriculum design and implementation for complex enterprise projects and initiatives across the organization, with the goal to create and sustain a mission-driven and high-performing organization. The Organizational Effectiveness Advisor works collaboratively at organization and division levels to develop and deploy performance development, talent development, and change management processes. The Organizational Effectiveness Advisor develops and deploys direct manager and team member development programs that support the organization’s performance, talent development, and succession planning objectives and foster a highly effective management and leadership structure. The Organizational Effectiveness Advisor will work under the supervision of the Organizational Effectiveness Manager to support Adventist Health System facilities and teams and ensure proposed training tools, materials, and delivery mechanisms support best practice work flows.
