Job Location : Hybrid - 3 days at the office - Altamonte Springs, FL

The role you’ll contribute:

The Project Manager will provide project management and support for Adventist Health System’s Corporate Communication and Marketing Departments. The core responsibility is to ensure the successful execution of company-wide projects and campaigns by ensuring smooth and effective workflows and meeting established deadlines. They also serve as a primary point of contact for cross functional projects and campaigns; manage relationships and expectations with cross functional teams.

The project manager will help develop project timelines and production calendars based on strategic prioritization, planning and resource utilization.

This role is cross-functional as it works closely with our facilities across Florida and those in 10 states as part of the Adventist Health System.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Plan and manage deliverables for projects and campaigns.

· Oversee strategic planning and successful execution of projects and campaigns from inception to final product, ensuring smooth and effective workflows and meeting established deadlines.

· Actively participate in regular newsroom and editorial meeting with regional marketing partners and content team

· Facilitate strong communication within the team; work with sub-team leads to identify and delegate tasks to appropriate team members and ensure all tasks are successfully completed on multiple projects at once.

· Identify issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and offer recommendations for creative solutions or workarounds based on knowledge of priorities, development roadmap, and contributing factors.

· Develop an overall project view with an eye on critical priorities to help move projects along and mitigate issues whenever appropriate.

· Maintain constant communication with stakeholders and have a firm understanding of their initiatives in their projects and campaigns.

· Coordinate with in-house creative teams to produce required assets for campaigns and meet established deadlines.

· Navigate all projects through the appropriate approval process.

· Lead team meetings to review current projects, strategize new projects, determine priorities and establish deadlines.

· Lead post-mortem meetings to thoroughly evaluate project and campaign outcomes, KPIs, and continuous improvement efforts.

· Displays high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment, execution of large projects, and working under multiple and competing deadlines.

· Collaborates with leadership across the organization to manage the strategic planning, implementation, and analysis, for all projects and campaigns.


The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:


· Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral, to various internal and external stakeholders

· Ability to tailor messages to audiences at all levels of the organization

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to focus detailed concentrated effort on multiple projects and re-establish priorities as necessary

· Ability to effectively respond to time sensitive issues and meet deadlines

· Initiative and ability to work independently (self-direction) while thriving in a setting requiring collaboration and teamwork for maximal efficiency and effectiveness

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

· MS Office Suite


· Associate’s degree in any related field.

· 3- 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting or management experience

· Two years of experience in one or more of the following: process improvement, project management, or related experience


· Bachelor’s degree in any related field.


· Certified Associate in Project Management
