You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Provides overall direction of the operations related to assigned interdisciplinary team(s)

  • Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Promotes and markets Hospice of the Comforter in the community

  • Additional Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing required, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted at the discretion of the Administrator.

  • A minimum of 3-year supervisory experience is required.

  • A clear/active Florida RN license is required,Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse Certification or related hospice certification is preferred.

Job Summary:

The Patient Care Manager is responsible for the management of multiple team(s) of clinical and support staff providing hospice and palliative care to an assigned case load of patients. The position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all staff on their assigned team.
