Work Hours/Shift:

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Support Supply Chain / Maintenance application(s) and iSynergy team member efforts

  • to optimize system effectiveness by improving existing business processes, productivity, efficiency and quality, maximizing their value while maintaining overall strategic priority

  • to facilitate cross-functional integration by actively participating in facility requirements gathering sessions to determine and document objectives and gaps for system implementation

  • to support all Supply Chain / Maintenance processes, forms and applications, acting as first level support and subject matter expert (SME) to internal stakeholders

  • to transfer knowledge and skills by mentoring resources on required tasks, project expectations, best practices and development of system functionality

  • Acquire, maintain and increase knowledge of Supply Chain / Maintenance business processes and practice requirements, including applications, technology, policies, procedures and applicable Supply Chain / Maintenance external laws to anticipate and define application design needs.

  • Be willing to explore & accept creative solutions; be prepared to alter business “as is” to “business as may need to be” for future system optimization

  • Willingly contribute and share ideas, system knowledge and understanding of core Supply Chain / Maintenance business processes to increase team/project effectiveness and establish positive working relationships throughout the project by a positive work attitude and an inclusive team environment.

  • Build a communication plan to assure effective involvement in the project:

  • Work with Business partners both functional and technical to develop functional specifications, document, build and test identified facility deployment specific processes, PeopleSoft development and practices in PeopleSoft.

  • Act as resource/liaison to all internal and external stakeholders as directed to ensure solutions related to identified gaps are completed on time, leading to successful experience for all internal and external stakeholders

  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders with precise clarity, timeliness, honesty, and balance in oral and written communications

  • Provide information to Training team needed for the development of end-user training materials and collaborate on method / delivery of training

  • Process and validate large and disparate data sets with an excellent “sense of data” mindset.

  • Participate as required in sessions for functional and technical specification development needed for interfaces, enhancements and conversions. Work as assigned with Business Partners both functional and technical on break/fix issues and testing.

  • Complete all incidents within Operational target Metrics for Supply Chain / Maintenance

  • Testing Responsibilities:

  • Research and understand changes to the software that will affect work stream and how it affects all other workstreams to document and present findings.

  • Develop test scripts and document all updates, code objects and enhancements for both positive and negative testing

  • Hands on testing to understand, recommend changes to enhance test scrips to meet both positive and negative testing requirements

  • Communicate findings and collaborate with others, record with properly documented findings and escalate issues.

  • Document/provide input on lessons learned and share with all workstreams

  • May require off hours support based on project activities


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree required or 10-15 years combined healthcare experience related to Supply Chain or Maintenance Management or equivalent experience may be considered

  • 2-4 years project/process design or improvement analysis, Business Analyst, Supply Chain application support

  • Advanced level knowledge of Supply Chain systems/operations

  • Advanced system/application/data troubleshooting

  • Advanced analytical skills, critical thinking and root cause analysis processing skills

  • Project/process design or improvement analysis skills

Job Summary:

Works under the direction of the iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Process Manager or Manager and is responsible for completing Supply Chain / Maintenance related activities including but not limited to: data conversion, functional specifications, program software system quality testing, and support within all projects whether system or operational. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the integrity, effectiveness and efficiency of services related to the Supply Chain / Maintenance Modules. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst may be assigned support tickets needing resolution, as well as, perform testing in partnership with various internal and external stakeholder teams.

The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is expected to take the initiative to prioritize and manage work while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is also expected to act as a resource and a subject matter expert (SME) to Supply Chain / Maintenance team. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is always expected to keep the confidentiality of the team and Senior Leadership from discussions and advanced knowledge both at work and off hours. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst must display a positive attitude toward decisions that have been made for direction, be collaborative on projects, embrace change and lead, using the company mission, vision and values, while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
