The role you’ll contribute:
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems throughout the facility. Inspects and tests equipment.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
General building maintenance: hanging pictures, changing out equipment, moving furniture, daily issues that arise
Installs, tests, maintains and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment and systems as scheduled or needed
Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external
Documents and maintains records of inspections and work performed pursuant to departmental policies and warranty/vendor requirements
Performs other duties as assigned

Associate's degree or Technical degree in a related field, or combination of High School degree and related experience
Two years of technical experience
