Responsibilities

UCM AdventHealth has an opening for a Gastroenterology APC in our Carol Stream multi-specialty clinic.

Highlights:

• Experience in Gastroenterology, preferred

• Outpatient care and hospital rounding at UChicago AdventHealth Glen Oaks Medical Center

• Ability to work independently, and collaboratively with Physicians

• Occurrence-based malpractice insurance

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training

• Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program

• Masters degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies

• Current Illinois nurse practitioner or physician assistant license in good standing

• Certified as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant by an approved certifying organization.

• Prescriptive authority, Illinois Controlled Substance, DEA certification

• Current CPR certification
