The role you’ll contribute:

Under the direction of the Manager and or Director, assists in managing the human, physical, and financial resources of the Clinic to deliver optimal quality care to patients in each outpatient setting. Maintains excellent quality in medical assistant and nursing work, clinical supplies and equipment, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborates with the site managers and medical director to maximize clinical efficiency and effectiveness in the service line.

• Participates in associate selection and retention efforts.

• Coordinates orientation with new employees.

• Integrates new information, policies, quality initiatives, and other improvements into daily practices, representing the changes in a professional, positive manner.
