AdventHealth Medical Group in the Greater Daytona Beach Florida area is looking for dynamic and energetic APRN/PAs for thriving practices and service lines. Located in Northern Central Florida where you have the best of both worlds!

The opportunity includes the benefits of a collegial team atmosphere, mentoring, working with excellent physicians, in a variety inpatient/outpatient; procedural/ non-procedural; & surgical/ non-surgical APPs needed in the following specialties:

• Urology (M-F 8a-5p)

• Gastroenterology (M-F 8a-5p)

• Cardiothoracic/Vascular Surgery (4/10s)

• Neuro-hospitalist (7/7)

• Nocturnist Hospitalist (7/7 5PM-5AM)

• Primary Care (M-F 8a-5p)

• Orthopedics (M-F 8a-5p)

Requirements of the positions include:

• 1 + year APP experience: will consider new grad APRN’s with several years of prior and relevant nursing experience.

• New grad APPs welcome in some select roles.

• Team player with patient-first mindset

• Excellent communication skills

• Eligibility for active Florida license

• Ability to collaborate closely with attending physicians and work autonomously.

A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence-based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care. The new APP should have the desire to join a busy practice and fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth.
