Shifts- Full Time 3pm-11pm weekends is a must
* PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * * : *
· Supervises/monitors staff to ensure that work is properly performed
· Creates and reviews schedules. Approves scheduling requests
· Documents all work that has been performed such as Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
· Regularly surveys departmental procedures for adherence to acceptable cleaning practices
· Supervises all staff by assigning work, training, hiring evaluation performance, progressive discipline and recommending termination as is appropriate
· Resolves patient satisfaction concerns in a timely manner
· May be Responsible for Clean Linen Distribution
· Maintains all tracking and accountability of linen supplies
· Reviews and updates policies and procedures to insure they remain in compliance
· Performs other duties as assigned
* KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: *
· Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
· Ability to maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition
· Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English
· Basic computer skills and knowledge
Qualifications
* EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: *
· High School Education or equivalent
· Two years of technical experience
