The role you'll contribute:

Maintains and cares for facility grounds and performs general outside and inside maintenance duties as they relate to the area of yards and grounds. Coordinates the work duties of other groundskeepers.

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Maintains all equipment in proper working order, including lubrication and cleaning, reports and schedules necessary repairs.

• Develops and implements water sprinkling systems schedule.

• Ability to troubleshoot and/or repair sprinkler system, small engines, and other equipment.

• Regularly prepares seeding or transplanting beds by cultivating soil and adding fertilizer or chemicals, cuts and trims grass as needed.

• Demonstrates the ability to prune trees and trim hedges to promote growth and improve appearance.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

Required:

• High School Diploma OR GED

• 5 years of horticulture experience.

• Valid Colorado driver’s license

Preferred:

• Current Applicators certificate for fertilizer/ herbicide.
