UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook, GlenOaks, Hinsdale and La Grange hospitals are affiliated with UChicago Medicine, one of the top academic medical centers in the country. We are also part of AdventHealth, a unified health system with over 50 hospital campuses and hundreds of care sites in diverse markets throughout 9 states.

Responsibilities

UCM AdventHealth has an opening for a full time Addiction Medicine Physician. Clinic locations will be in Hinsdale and our New Day Center in Westmont. This position is mostly outpatient, but inpatient care is optional for those interested candidates.

• M-F clinic days with no weekends or holidays

• EPIC EMR

• Spanish speaking, a plus

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training

• Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program

• Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing

• Fellowship in Addiction Medicine

• Board Certified/Eligible, required
