Schedule: FT- 40hours/week

Shift : 1 st - Days

Location: 102 Professional Drive, London, KY 40741

The Role you'll contribute:

Provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical clinic setting. Communicates with Medical Practitioners/Coworkers as appropriate about changes in patient clinical condition, including diagnostic studies and symptomology. Can respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, can perform general nursing duties with adequate supervision.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide direct patient care in the clinic setting

· Handle patient phone inquiries

· Assist providers in hospital setting

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Demonstrate appropriate documentation skills

Qualifications

Qualifications - External

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Successful completion of an accredited practical nurse program

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

· Maintains professional licensure of a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Kentucky

· Maintains CPR certification
