The role you’ll contribute: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing and supervising the maintenance team and manages and coordinates maintenance projects. This position has oversight of the maintenance budget and frequently monitors the budget and discusses variances with the Director of Facilities. The manager has responsibility for developing and maintaining maintenance schedules.

• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.

• Assist with maintaining all FHMG facilities, interiors & non-technical equipment; may include painting, minor remodeling and basic plumbing repairs.

• Safely and effectively use equipment needed to perform daily maintenance, repair or remodeling, such as saws, drills and other minor equipment.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in a maintenance role

• High School degree or equivalent

• Basic computer software skill

• Good organization and time management skills

• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing and A/C systems
