Schedule: Part Time

Shift : Various shifts depending on business needs- Monday-Friday

Location: 2600 WESTHALL LANE, Maitland, 32751 - Position requires travel to different work sites

The role you’ll contribute:

Reporting to the On-Site Manager, the onsite supervisor cares for patients and performs a wide variety of patient care activities. Adheres to state, federal and organizational guidelines to ensure quality care and patient safety. Is essential in maintaining organization and facilitating patient flow. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Assists with staffing & scheduling, patient experience, environmental control, physician relations, equipment, inventory / material control, team member coaching and development, supervising all activities within the center, and preparing and implementing an approved budget. Coordinates operating activities with other departments as necessary may delegate responsibilities and duties to both professional and non-professional personnel. Must be available to be” on-call” for the Onsite communications. This position actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Maintains the safe and efficient operation of the department by monitoring equipment safety, overseeing vendors, and making appropriate recommendations for improving center.

• Communicates with corporate clients on a routine basis to monitor customer satisfaction. Goes on sales calls with Onsite Manager and clients. Identifies business opportunities and initiates appropriate follow-up from Account Managers.

• Performs diagnostic and occupational medicine testing to include, but not limited to, EKG, spirometry, audiometry, titmus and pulse oximetry. Completes forensic testing collections in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Florida Drug Free Workplace Guidelines. This may include urine drug screens, blood/breath alcohol testing, oral fluids and hair testing.

• Appropriately complete check-out duties and relays instructions/care to the patient or family

• Follows CDC guidelines, infection prevention practices, demonstrates appropriate use of PPE, performs hand washing according to policy and follows safety regulations.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• Minimum qualifications :

• High school graduate or equivalent

• 1 Year of experience

• Driver’s license

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse

• CPR Certified
