Work Hours/Shift:

                        Works with HR Recruiter for staffing which may include selection, screening and interviews

                        Ensures employees are properly oriented and trained for specific job responsibilities

Qualifications


What You Will Need:

  • Two-year degree in Nursing or Associate degree in Business Admin
  • Minimum 5 years health care experience

  • Minimum 3 years health care leadership experience

  • Bachelor’s degree Nursing or Business Admin preferred

  • Physician practice experience highly preferred

Job Summary:

The Clinic Operations Director (COD) implements, organizes, supervises and coordinates operation of Physician Services of Memorial Hospital in collaboration with practice physicians, mid-level providers, physician practice managers and Vice President of Physician Services. The COD assists in budget creation and oversight, ensures competency of all staff and pursues growth opportunities.  Collaborates with physician practice managers to manage efficient and effective department operations, while maintaining compliance with all Joint Commission, state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols.
