Shift : 3rd- Nights

Location: 210 MARIE LANGDON DRIVE, MANCHESTER, 40962, KY

The role you’ll contribute:

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Provides direct and indirect specialized respiratory care services for patients. Communicates with physicians / team leaders / coworkers, as appropriate about changes in patients' clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provides direct and indirect Respiratory Care to patients

· Communication with clinicians concerning patient's condition and plan of care

· Document therapy as performed

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Respiratory Therapist with successful completion of AMA approved school for respiratory care

· CPR certified

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:

· ACLS certified

Qualifications

Qualifications - External

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Completion of AMA approved school for respiratory care

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

· Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care

· Maintains active license with the Kentucky Board for Respiratory Care

· Maintains CPR certification
