Annual wellness, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and post hospital follow-ups

Most patients are 65Excellent broad spectrum of internal medical issues/cases and preventative teaching

Some help with office triage message/medication refills and address clinical patient questions

Call one week/month clinic only

Flexible time schedule

Qualifications:

Proficiency in outpatient medicine

Interest in diabetic teaching, hypertension medication and follow-up
