Work Hours/Shift:

PRN/Evening

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Issues medical equipment (i.e. PCA, IV, and SCD pumps).

  • Records info into MEM's handheld at 95% to 97% accuracy.

  • Associated paperwork is correctly filled out at 95% to 97% accuracy.

  • If MEM's handheld is not working properly notifies Pt Charge Specialists.

  • Issues Supplies to departments and stock carts.

  • Records info into HMS at 95% to 97%

  • Inventories each assigned stock cart once every 6 weeks

  • Reports HMS Inventory issues as they arise to the Inventory Specialist.

  • Completes stat phone calls and orders within 20 minutes.

  • Issues carts and trays

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  • HS Diploma/GED

  • Valid Florida Drivers' License require

  • Purdue or Novation Certification preferred.

Job Summary:

This position contributes to the mission of the Medical Center by being accountable for providing all departments with the necessary supplies, including distributing and stocking medical and non-medical supplies.
