You Will Be Responsible For:
Demonstrates innovation, skill and efficiency in developing and implementing patient treatment programs for a varied caseload including: Orthopedic, Neurological, Pediatric, and other patient populations.
Effectively performs treatment programs in accordance with protocols, plan of care, and patient's level of function.
Accurately completes comprehensive documentation according to department policies daily.
Delegates responsibilities to appropriate level of supportive staff to ensure quality care on a daily basis and appropriately according to state, federal and JACHO regulations.
Consistently maintains departmental expected productivity.
Actively participates in professional development and leadership activities to facilitate individual as well as departmental growth and development.

The Physical Therapist Assistant performs Physical Therapy intervention as designed by the plan of care according to accepted standards of practice issued by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), to facilitate functional progress and discharge planning of the medically complex patient population. Reports to Manager
