The role you’ll contribute:

The Analytics Manager is responsible for leading teams of Clinical and Business Analysts in providing the customers with the data and analyses to successfully execute initiatives aligned with AdventHealth’s strategic objectives. The candidate is familiar with the concepts, principles, theories behind process improvement, quality management, statistical analysis, information systems management, data analysis & visualization, and systems design. A qualified candidate must be able to prioritize and manage multiple competing projects, meet deadlines, and foster excellent customer relationships while interacting effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels, including physicians and senior executives in the AH Central Florida Division (CFD) to affect change within the organization. A successful candidate should be able to transfer clients’ perceptions of problems into viable solutions and actionable items, utilizing diplomacy and flexibility in response to customers’ changing concerns. They must maintain oversight of schedule, accuracy, reliability, frequency, and quality to ensure critical milestones and deliverables are completed in a timely manner through regular review and validation of team member(s) work. The candidate will manage, coach and develop team members who are responsible for complex qualitative and quantitative clinical, financial, and administrative data from multiple sources. They will participate in line of business meetings to assist in dissemination, interpretation, and reporting of improvement initiatives while providing oversight and operational direction for a portfolio of projects that produce new insights and provide leaders with routine data for decision-making. The candidate will also actively participate in outstanding customer service and accept responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

· Management of daily operations and maintenance of department budgets.

· Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, frequency, and level of detail of staff work product though regular review and validation of team member work.

· Keep team stakeholders and executive leadership informed of developments and concerns.

· Facilitate cross-functional meetings and discussions to address roadblocks and ensure critical milestones and deliverables are completed in a timely manner.

· Travel between local locations as required for meetings & observations.

· Prioritize and manage multiple competing projects, deadlines.

· Actively engage with internal and external customers to manage expectations and prioritize assignments,

· Interact effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior executives and physicians, to affect change within the organization in alignment with strategic goals.

· Work independently leading projects of moderate to high impact or complexity.

· Provide project guidance to other team members and may assign support tasks/responsibilities as necessary.

· Handle change management concerns and address political issues that may interfere with projects.

· Develop Business Models that support the short and long-term roadmaps for the organization.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

· Bachelor's degree w four (4) or more years of relevant experience

· Master's degree w three (3) or more years of relevant experience

· 1 or more years of experience leading/managing teams

· Data management and informatics system experience
