You Will Be Responsible For:
Patient Care Responsibilities
Performs quality recordings by collecting pertinent patient history information, properly preparing the patient using age specific criteria, conducting the examination, and preparing the recording for the physician interpretation.
Uses appropriate activation procedures.
Accurately documents, posts, and charges for procedures to ensure quality standards set by the department and hospital.
Actively supports and participates in department and hospital quality improvement initiatives as directed.

Maintains a professional relationship with all customers. Maintains the confidentiality of employees, patients, administration, and medical staff information with no infractions.
Displays a caring and courteous attitude and goes above and beyond department expectations.

What Will You Need:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
- Minimum two years EEG experience or graduation from an EEG school.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
EEG experience on Nihon Kohden equipment and software
Computer skills, including Microsoft® Office applications
Seizure monitoring experience
PREFERRED LICENSURE OR REGISTRATION :
Performs quality EEG, seizure monitoring, and evoked potential recordings. Has the ability to scan, correlate, and clip study information. Facilitates all aspects of study completion and reporting. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Is knowledgeable in and carries out all applicable processes of the department. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures. Teaches and directs the work of other staff and students as required. Participates in the AdventHealth performance improvement program. Performs additional duties as requested.
