The role you’ll contribute:

The Physician Liaison develops physician referrals through marketing of the organization's services and specialists to primary care physicians and partner facilities.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with the physician community and partner facilities.

· This position requires a minimum of 75% to 80% of time in the field/travel in their assigned markets.

· Works with leadership to implement marketing initiatives for pipeline development of referring physicians.

· Identifies physicians' needs, offers solutions including educational opportunities, practice services and patient-based services. Elevate market intelligence as well as outcomes and barriers to leadership.

· Develops and implements strategic physician marketing plans while understanding profitability. Sets appropriate tracking mechanisms and demonstrates positive ROI.

· Maintains constant communication to Marketing and Campus/Service Line leadership.

· Possess the ability to use Crimson, First Look, SG2, Optum, QlikView to review data and develop strong strategies around that data and intel.

· Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respective to all.

· Forecasts and monitors volumes and referral patterns to meet organizational goals.

· Working closely with consumer marketing and business development teams to coordinate strategic initiatives and implementation, ensuring alignment and support between consumer and physician.

· Assists in recruitment as needed.

· Assists in maintaining non-monetary compliance law regarding physicians (Stark).

· Manages yearly budget for areas of responsibility.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Associate degree in Business, Marketing or Health Science, or a related field

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Health Science, or a related field preferred

• Two years of account management experience preferred

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

• State driver’s license and driving record in accordance with Facility policy. Valid auto insurance
