You Will Be Responsible For:
Responsible for delivering excellent customer service by answering multiple phone lines as well as greeting and assisting customers in person.
Performs data entry tasks specific to the unit assigned to and for.
May assist Manager/Director with calendar and general clerical duties.
Perform a wide array of clerical duties.
May coordinate invoice requests and payments.
May be responsible for ordering office supplies for the department.
May be responsible for meeting preparation, to include but not limited to; meeting notifications, preparation of packets to include agenda, financials, minutes, and talking points
Participate in staff meetings with the team and may assist in preparation for the staff meeting.

What You Will Need:
Practices excellent interpersonal skills, computer literacy, problem solving, and multitasking
Promptly handles clerical duties such as answering telephone, typing, reading, data entry, and writing
Participates in training, supervising, and evaluating
Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent organization and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
General clerical skills
Ability to organize details and perform accurately
Pleasant voice and phone manner
Excellent customer service skills
Associates degree in business or related field preferred
This position is responsible for delivering excellent customer service skills and performing a broad range of clerical duties that will assist the department in meeting their goals and objectives. It requires a professional appearance at all times and excellent communication skills. Phone skills are also extremely important when working with customers, patients and staff.
