Work Hours/Shift:


24 hours/week

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Responsible for delivering excellent customer service by answering multiple phone lines as well as greeting and assisting customers in person.

  • Performs data entry tasks specific to the unit assigned to and for.

  • May assist Manager/Director with calendar and general clerical duties.

  • Perform a wide array of clerical duties.

  • May coordinate invoice requests and payments.

  • May be responsible for ordering office supplies for the department.

  • May be responsible for meeting preparation, to include but not limited to; meeting notifications, preparation of packets to include agenda, financials, minutes, and talking points

  • Participate in staff meetings with the team and may assist in preparation for the staff meeting.

  • Other duties as assigned


What You Will Need:

  • Practices excellent interpersonal skills, computer literacy, problem solving, and multitasking

  • Promptly handles clerical duties such as answering telephone, typing, reading, data entry, and writing

  • Participates in training, supervising, and evaluating

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Excellent organization and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • General clerical skills

  • Ability to organize details and perform accurately

  • Pleasant voice and phone manner

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Associates degree in business or related field preferred

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for delivering excellent customer service skills and performing a broad range of clerical duties that will assist the department in meeting their goals and objectives. It requires a professional appearance at all times and excellent communication skills. Phone skills are also extremely important when working with customers, patients and staff.
