The role you’ll contribute:

The CMI Specialist is responsible for delivering spiritual care in the AHS outpatient setting through consultative promotion, training, and approved in-practice mission initiatives in the assigned territory. This includes training providers and outpatient entities to conduct Faith in Practice spiritual screening assessments and developing and supporting Spiritual Care Teams. The CMI Specialist will continue to expand their territory through recruiting and business development activities such as generating new leads, presenting CMI initiatives to key leaders and providers, maintaining relationships and following up after presentation(s).

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Recruit and manage territory growth and development

· Generate new leads to aim in recruiting additional providers and outpatient entities into CMI initiatives

· Tracks referrals from their territory sent for Spiritual Counseling via “Tele-Care”

· Ensures and tracks that a Spiritual Care Plan (SCP) is returned to the provider

· Provides training and delivers ongoing support for providers and/or staff to conduct screening spiritual assessments

· Assists in development and ongoing support of Spiritual Care Teams

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

• Associate’s degree or 3 years of business development, territory management and/or training experience

• 5 years of relevant experience

• Valid Driver’s License
