Work Hours/Shift:

Full-Time Days

Monday – Friday

8:00AM – 5:00PM

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Maximize clinic score on patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction surveys,

  • Work with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided,

  • Conduct meetings with the clinical team on a regular basis, and attend provider meetings

  • Work with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided,

  • Keep Physicians and Managers informed of problems or concerns,

  • Work with clinical team to coordinate work flow and cooperation between departments

  • Participates on committees according to need.

  • May be required to lead the clinical team in PCMH measures, for the clinic, as directed by Manager/Director


What You Will Need:

  • Associate degree or Graduate of a Technical School

  • 1 to 2 Years of Position-Related Experience

  • BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association

  • Kansas Registered Nurse License

Job Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor under the direction of the Practice Manager, manages all clinical areas of the practice. Departments supervised may include, but are not limited to nursing, laboratory, EKG, as outlined within specific clinic setting. Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care, including, ordering of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals, quality assurance, JCAHO, OSHA, maintenance of clinical equipment, and ongoing training of staff. Also, responsible for training and development of assigned personnel, oversight and day-to-day management of weekly clinical schedule, provide assistance and support for hiring, firing, discipline, and staff evaluations. Instrumental in streamlining processes while promoting quality healthcare and increased patient satisfaction.
