Schedule: Part-Time Weekend Saturday & Sunday

Shift : Saturday & Sunday 10:30PM– 6:30AM

The role you’ll contribute:

The Central Communication Specialist works in a fast-paced, stimulating role which requires excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills. S/he answers internal patient call lights and follows through with the appropriate response/action to complete each encounter. This position will be proficient in the use of the Rauland Nurse Call system.

· Demonstrates respect and understanding to all customers.

· Demonstrates a variety of communication styles for varying caller groups including children, adolescents, young adults, senior adults and geriatric adults.

· Maintaining confidentiality of patient and business information.

· Provides timely response to patient requests.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

· High School Diploma or Equivalent
