You Will Be Responsible For:
Maintains efficiency in patient work-up flow and triage responsibilities.
Demonstrates care for one another by working all areas, open to change, sensitive to department needs, effectively participates in conflict resolution/problem solving.
Demonstrates knowledge and compliance of Florida Hospital Physician Group guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Improves positive patient satisfaction outcomes by assuring that all quality measures are met in regards to our patients’ experience.
Considers factors related to safety, effectiveness, cost and impact on daily operations.
What You Will Need:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
High School Graduate or Equivalent.
Graduate of school or program as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a clinical setting.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED :
- Certified Medical Assistant
The Call Center Representative (CCRCMA) should be Certified Medical Assistant and work seamlessly with: patients, healthcare teams and resource providers in the Hospital, Physician Offices and other facilities. The CCRCMA is responsible for answering phones in a timely and professional manner while scheduling patients with physician offices via incoming and outbound calls. The CCRCMA should be customer service focused to create an excellent patient experience. The CCRCMA should provide operational support in delivery of patient care in a call setting environment and is responsible for assisting with daily call center operations including but not limited to billing, invoicing, scheduling, updating and managing patient medication lists, medication refill requests, tracking of procedures, reporting and insurance verification via workflow designated.
