Work Hours/Shift:

Full Times Evenings M-F 3p-11:30p

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Greeting/Assisting Patients

• Check-In Patients

• Answer Phones / Screen Calls

• Escorting Patients

• Patient Portal Enrollment

• Utilization of Zenig Software

• Cerner Registration

• Running reports

• Completing Pre-Registered Accounts Estimates

• Daily Activation of Surgical Accounts

• Daily Cleanout Out of Physician Lists

• Daily Cleanout of Past Due Arrivals

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

• Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Internet skills.

• Ability to deal effectively with the public.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to work and willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays etc.

• Ability and willingness to adapt to change.

• Communication Skills

• Previous experience in a medical setting, i.e., Physician Office, Hospital, Etc.

REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma / GED

PREFERRED:

• 2-3 years customer service

Job Summary:

Under the general direction of the Consumer Access Supervisor, Manager and Director. The Concierge position is responsible for providing continuous presence and service to all persons.
