The role you’ll contribute:

The Concierge team delivers on AdventHealth Tampa’s promise to provide the highest quality welcome to all visitors, patients, families, and team members as they arrive to the facility.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Good communication skills and must be fluent in English - speaking, reading and writing.

· Must have a clear, concise, audible and professional voice. Good telephone skills required

· Demonstrated interpersonal skills, a positive demeanor, and enthusiasm combined with a desire to serve are essential

· Diplomacy, tact and demonstrated good judgment are required

· Able to work independently and follow instructions

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 1 year experience in hospitality, hotel guest services or hospital setting.

· Good communication skills and must be fluent in English - speaking, reading and writing.

· Must have a clear, concise, audible and professional voice. Good telephone skills required

· Demonstrated interpersonal skills, a positive demeanor, and enthusiasm combined with a desire to serve are essential

· Diplomacy, tact and demonstrated good judgment are required

· Able to work independently and follow instructions

· Able to interact positively, efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of individuals

· Able to work independently

· Work effectively and function well in a high volume and pressure area

· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

· Demonstrated customer service skills

· Demonstrates flexibility via an ability to adapt to changing priorities

· Must be able to endure prolonged and extensive time sitting and standing

· Hands-on computer skills and knowledge of MSOffice applications (Word, Excel) required

· Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
