The role you’ll contribute:

The CVO Credentials Coordinator provides essential verification and quality control functions to support the West Florida Region’s goals for credentialing health care providers while ensuring adherence to corporate, legal, regulatory and delegated requirements. Ensures all duties are performed in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and compliant with professional, regulatory and legislative requirements.

·Ensures credentialing and re-credentailing is performed in line with established protocols, standards and goals:

·Ensures that credentialing database is maintained.

·Helps coordinate completion of related projects, including special project requests as assigned.

·Supports the health system mission, values and philosophy.

·Maintains personal adherence to professional confidentiality standards established within the department and in accordance with legal, ethical and health system policies.


The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

·High school diploma

· 5 years’ experience in medical staff services, managed care credentialing or health related field experience.
