You Will Be Responsible For:
Present his/herself as a self-directed, independent, motivated learner guided by the residency program director (RPD) and the appropriate preceptor(s) for each learning experience.
Provide clinical pharmacy services, including primary and consultative services, to health care providers and patients to ensure optimal drug utilization in assigned specialty area(s).
Assist in the planning and development of clinical pharmacy activities related to specialty area(s).
Successfully design, complete, IRB submission for approval for approval/exemption, carry out, and develop a manuscript of a major project to be determined within the first two months of residency start date.
Effectively evaluate PharmAcademic rotations, self and preceptor(s) as assigned.
What You Will Need:
Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy
Must be a citizen of the U.S.A., or hold a visa allowing for the completion of the residency year.
Must be licensed as a registered pharmacist in the state of Florida within 60 days of hire.
Responsible for developing and providing clinical pharmacy services directed to the general patient population at Florida Hospital Tampa.
