The role you’ll contribute:

The purpose of this position is to facilitate the smooth flow of business through the AHS campus. This individual assists the Director and/or Manager with coordinating reconfigurations as well as provide analyst support. The person in this position interacts with vendors and subcontractors. He/she must be professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The individual in this position possesses full Administrative skills and handles projects as assigned.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • Assist project manager to coordinate project activities from beginning to end

  • Assist project manager with developing project budget by obtaining accurate proposals from the corresponding vendors.

  • Process CER’s/Requisition PO’s for all project related items in accordance with the approved budget.

  • Develop project plans and schedule according to scope of work.

  • Determine which teams need to be included on project.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio, etc.)

  • Able to communicate in English

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university

  • Two to three years related experience and/or training in project coordination and/or accounting.

  • 5 years’ experience in Business, Accounting, Finance

  • PeopleSoft
