Work Hours/Shift:

Part-Time/Days

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Assists staff with patient care, treatment and other tasks by correctly and promptly carrying out assigned activities/duties • Prepares treatment room for patients by following prescribed procedures and protocols • Provides information to patients by answering questions and requests • Maintains safe and clean working environments, while adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations • Performs therapeutic procedures under the supervision of a physical therapist • May guide a patient through an established exercise program and ultrasound under the direct supervision of a therapist • Assists physical therapist with patients • Anticipates needs and prepares to assist with patient care. Ensures patient and staff safety by recognizing situations which place patient or staff at risk and responds appropriately • Assists staff with patient care, treatment and other tasks by correctly and promptly carrying out assigned activities/duties • Willingly adjusts and adapts to changes in workload by altering working hours to assist in other areas/centers/programs as approved and observed by supervisor/manager • Performs other duties as assigne

Qualifications

What You Will Need

  • High School Grad or Equiv

  • BLS
