The role you’ll contribute:
As an Environmental Service Lead performing daily cleaning procedures and adheres to cleaning standards as outlined in Environment Services policy and procedures. Assist with the JCAHO compliance and projects. Actively participate in outstanding customer service and accept responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Performs thorough cleaning procedures throughout the hospital, including patient rooms, offices, surgical facilities, and public areas as needed or required per schedule.
Shares responsibility with the shift Operation Manager or Supervisor, days off will vary. Coordinates the supervision.
Provides input to manager regarding staffing needs and adherence to hospital wide cleaning program.
Reviews and changes, if necessary, the work schedules for staff, reviews workloads and makes recommendations for alterations.
Provides training as necessary for staff, recommends materials, procedures and equipment for use in cleaning.
