Work Hours/Shift:

  • Part Time, Days

  • Friday, Saturday and Sunday

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Responsible for all duties associated with scheduling of patient services for Medicare Certified and/or Private Duty agency.

  • Completes and communicates client intake information effectively to Supervisor, employees and clients.

  • Assures that employee time is reported accurately and assists in preparation of payroll and billing.

  • Assists in answering phone and directing calls.

  • Maintains communication with Client Services Supervisor, assuring 24 hour availability.

  • Assures client satisfaction, complies with customer requests.

  • Assists with clerical duties, to include copying and filing as necessary.

  • Maintains staffing records.

  • Processes discharges, order changes, and demographic changes.

  • Verifies payer source for client services.

  • If qualified, may provide personal care per Home Health Aide Care Plan as needed by volume.

  • Distributes and collects mail as needed.

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  • High School graduate or equivalent

  • Medical background, familiar with medical terminology

Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating scheduling of all field staff; provides adequate staffing.
