You Will Be Responsible For:
Knowledge of relevant federal, state and local Licensing regulations.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Additional languages preferred.
Enjoys caring for children of all age groups.
What You Will Need:
High school graduate or equivalent
No criminal history
Florida mandated 40 hour course preferred.
At least one year experience in a child care sitting.
First Aid and CPR preferred.
After one year of employee must complete CDA (Child Development Associate) or higher
Responsible for all child care issues including; curriculum, teacher / child interaction, maintaining all state rules pertaining to their age group, and ensuring that the children in their care is provided a safe and healthy environment. Continually strives to provide the best teachings on a day to day basis with an upbeat and positive attitude.
Lastly places the safety of the children within their care as their top priority.
