Work Hours/Shift:

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Serve within assigned Kaizen Projects including 5S projects as a Kaizen Specialist

• Serve as a general resource on Kaizen projects. This includes administrative activities and other support tasks as assigned by the Kaizen Director.

• Responsible for supporting duties assigned by the Executive Secretary, such as expense reports, invoices, stroke folders and Nursing Daisy Awards

• Responsible for management of the Concierge Department and Staff. Including, scheduling, covering shifts, and customer service and experience training.

• Ability to operate basic office equipment, video camera, and other office equipment.

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  • Responsible for management of the Concierge Department and Staff. Including, scheduling, covering shifts, and customer service and experience training.

  • Ability to operate basic office equipment, video camera, and other office equipment.

  • This position requires strong facilitation and team management/building skills.

  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills as well as an extremely high level of organizational skills with eye for detail.

  • Prefer previous work experience in wellness or healthcare field.

  • Prefer ability to operate and use basic office equipment, MS word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Require a Bachelors plus 1+ years experience

  • Require one year of successful AHZ employment

  • Lean Leader Certified within 1 year of employment

  • Require a Bachelor's Degree in business or relevant field degree

  • Prefer two or more years of healthcare experience

Job Summary:

This position directly supports the director of KPO in designing, planning and deploying (system-wide) the AHZ System of Care. The KPO is a stand-alone department with the sole responsibility and focus on Kaizen. As with all Kaizen positions, there is an expectation of a three- year minimum commitment to participation. This position will also oversee and manage the Concierge department. The key areas of responsibility include: • Development of Kaizen by partnering with organizational leaders to ensure coordination of resources and KPO support for successful kaizen activities. • Guidance in the development of Kaizen education and development of training materials, coaching, and training. • Managing of the Concierge department. Development of customer service and customer experience. • Supporting Executive Secretary with assigned duties
