You Will Be Responsible For:
Assesses and recommends training approach for all experience initiatives solutioned and delivered by Consumer Experience.
Assists in the development of educational goals for a given project, working closely with consumer experience delivery leadership.
Partners with subject matter experts to design and develop training solutions that meet the needs and goals of markets for successful deployment of consumer experience initiatives and experience of care standard work.
Creates personally engaging learning experiences that integrate instructor-led, experiential, simulation and digital learning.
Drives an outcome-based approach to learning activities; seeks methods to measure and communicate training success based on desired outcomes and performance improvement.
Provides timely and accurate reports to management of training and development progress and completion
Takes assignments successfully from concept to implementation
Ensures that all training product meets established guidelines for consumer experience delivery deployment learning, and AdventHealth level dynamic learning community governance requirements as they evolve. Partners and collaborates closely with learning experts in Human Resources and training teams in other areas, such as Physician Enterprise.
Participates and/or leads train the trainer or direct training efforts in our markets, as needed.
Working closely with the activation team, contributes content and design expertise to the market facing consumer experience delivery SharePoint site.
What You Will Need:
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in learning and instructional design/development
Experience using LMS platforms
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Experience with Medicare Shared Services Program preferred
Comprehensive understanding of the Health Management and Population Health purposes
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills and organizational skills
Must demonstrate the ability to problem solve and work independently with solid judgement
The Instructional Designer Consumer Experience (CX) Delivery is responsible for design, development and delivery methods for learning tools and educational content in support of consumer initiative activations with markets. This encompasses new major initiative training being deployed by consumer experience delivery, as well as the maintenance and evolution of learning modules and methods focused on experience of care standard practices in specific patient settings. This role integrates a deep understanding of the following into education design: audience, learning styles, nature of education being delivered, location, and participant readiness within the learning process.
The designer leverages expertise in state of the art methods for delivering training, developing content appropriate for team members, leadership or consumers, depending on a given project focus. Working closely with consumer experience delivery leadership, the designer ensures that learning development content is in sync with all guidelines established for experience delivery education, and any guidelines developed at an AdventHealth level via dynamic learning community governance. This role collaborates closely with learning design and training teams in other areas, including Human Resources and Physician Enterprise.
